Health is the state of physical and psychological wellbeing, which enables us to live productive and happy life. Health is not only the absence of the illness but our total capability to function in our work, family and society. It is the most precious capital that most of people inherited by the birth. As with any other capital, health requires the care, clever menagement, awarness and decision to build up healthy life style.
Healthy life is possible and needed in all phases of our life. Each person has the responsibility and the greatest role for the maintenance of her/his health and the prevention of the diseases.
Prevention and early diagnosis are the most important for successful medical treatment, prevention of disability, severe complications or death. Some factors like age, gender or family - genetic predispositions are constant. However, their influence might be modified by strengthening all factors of healthy life.
Each disease has its early phase showing some alarm signs which are underestimated by numerous people. Too many problems are explained as "neurosis", until advanced phases of the disease, when real clinical symptoms appear. It is said that when your soul suffers, your body cries showing variety of disturbances, which may develop in serious diseases. Stop and listen to your body, it needs your full care and attention to fulfill its lifetime task.
